Today. Literally, today. I saw my favorite K-POP idol group member. Due to the limited number of extras, my older brother also came with me to film. My brother and I went to get our costumes; today’s scene was at a Korean school. It was an interesting experience for my older brother as he could have acted as a Korean high schooler again! Although he graduated a long time ago, he looked as young as the other actors, which gave him an advantage. He also has glasses, which is perfect since he really does look like a nerd! Somehow, my brother sat next to the idol I was in love with. I couldn’t believe this. I was so jealous. My brother was similar to me in terms of how he was careless and how famous others were; therefore, the idol got extremely close to him. They even had conversations. It was lunchtime, and I had to look for my brother as I got separated from another group since I looked too young. Extras that looked young were pushed to the far ends, which is the reason why I appeared for one second while my brother appeared for more than a minute. When I found my brother, he was happily waving at my favorite idol, but didn’t to me. We had to eat lunch outside on our own, so as I walked with my brother to a random restaurant, I started to cry. It was the mixture that I was not able to appear in the scene more than my brother who happened to be here, and it was that the idol got extremely close to him. Although today was painful, I was so happy to experience an extra life with my older brother.
